Estriatus Law was founded with one goal in mind: to provide agile, high-impact legal counsel to the visionaries reshaping our energy future.

As founder and principal attorney, Ms. Lipanovich serves both as outside general counsel and project-specific advisor to entities across the cleantech and renewable energy spectrum — from early-stage startups to established public enterprises. Her clients range in size and structure, but share a common purpose: building technologies and solutions that drive a more sustainable world.

With a sharp focus on actionable strategy and deep industry insight, she’s helped clients:

• Launch and scale clean energy businesses
• Navigate mergers, acquisitions, and strategic exits
• Shape and advance policy goals at the state and federal levels
• Structure solar PPAs, leases, and joint venture agreements
• Resolve disputes involving employment, trademarks, tax, and regulatory issues
• Protect valuable IP, trade secrets, and customer relationships
• Develop sophisticated contracts for licensing, supply, manufacturing, construction, and distribution
• Engage effectively with policymakers and regulators to accelerate energy transition

Before launching Estriatus Law, Ms. Lipanovich served as General Counsel for a publicly traded solar company, where she played a key role in lobbying to uncap the residential solar investment tax credit and supported the successful raise of over $44 million in capital.

She founded Estriatus Law not just to practice law, but to support the pioneers building a cleaner, smarter, more sustainable future. With every client, every project, and every partnership, she brings mission-driven legal guidance designed to clear obstacles and create momentum — because she believes the future depends on it.
